Our Pay for Performance program is what sets us apart from our competition and allows our customers to rank their maid service on a scale from 1-10. This ranking directly determines what our house cleaners earn on each job, making sure that you get a Level 10 clean each and every time.
Our company also supports the “Cleaning for a Reason” organization. Through this relationship, we offer free house cleanings to anyone undergoing cancer treatment. Our family has known cancer first-hand and how the support and kindness of others can be a blessing.

Our Manassas Team
Originally from Argentina, my family and I moved to the United States in 2000. My father was stationed in Washington DC for two years. This has been my home ever since. Even as a child, I knew there were limited options for a secure future in my country. Once we moved to the States, a year of high school got me acquainted with the language and I began taking Autotech courses.
When my parents returned to Argentina, I made a bold choice and decided to stay here on my own and make a life for myself. I don’t think I have sat still since. I have worked my hardest for nearly the last 20 years, gaining citizenship and expertise in the automotive technician field, eventually rising to master technician.
While my technical skills have served me well, I still sought more fulfillment. I still craved a challenge and an opportunity to secure a future in which I can excel and develop skills beyond that of a technician. I made another bold choice and joined Two Maids & A Mop in 2018.
I’m looking forward to developing a strong team with our Pay-for-Performance plan. Having been a part of many teams over the years, I’ve learned that I want to foster a community in which we can all thrive – where we feel like a family. I am eager to focus my drive into a business that gives back and am delighted that we partner with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit that enables me to donate cleaning services to women who are receiving treatment for cancer.
